Who we are
DavidEdiger.com is the studio website of David Ediger, a painter in British Columbia, Canada. Questions about privacy go to creative@davidediger.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us: your name and email when you join the collector's list, send an inquiry or book a lesson; your shipping address when you buy; and reference photos you upload for a commission.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Print orders are fulfilled by Gelato, who receive your name and shipping address to deliver them.
Email list
If you join the collector's list we'll email you about new work, print releases and tutorials — about once a month. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Cookies & analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits. We don't run advertising trackers or sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Inquiry emails and commission photos are deleted once the work is finished, unless you ask us to keep them.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and BC PIPA) you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top of this page.
